Marcia A. Derosier-Visneski, 70 year old resident of Royalton, MN passed away Sunday, February 4, 2024 at St. Gabriel's Hospital in Little Falls, MN. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls, MN with Rev. David Sperstad officiating. A visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M - 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls, MN. Caring for Marcia and her family is the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls, MN. Marcia was born in Little Falls, MN to the late Fred and Evelyn (Tschida) Derosier. She grew up in Little Falls, MN where she graduated with the Class of 1971 from Little Falls High School. Marcia worked for various places throughout her life, some of which include, Oaks Supper Club, The Lemon Tree, and T.O. Plastics. Soon after she began working at the Lemon Tree she purchased the Lemon Tree and owned and operated the store for many years. After the store closed she went to work for Bob & Linda Feuling at Westside Liquor and later became the Wine Manager for Westside Liquor out of their Waite Park Store. Marcia made many close friends over the years at Westside Liquor, which she cherished greatly. She was united in marriage to Wayne Visneski on September 15, 1990 in Little Falls, MN. She was always the big sister who loved and cared for her younger siblings deeply and the aunt who could give hugs like a mother, keep secrets like a sister, and share love like a friend. After her marriage to Wayne, she had come to enjoy going hunting, fishing and spending time at their place on Lake Osakis with their summer family at Linwood Resort. Marcia will forever be remembered for her infectious laugh and her ability to know a good bottle of wine and never turn down a cold Bud Light. Her light, zest for life and kind spirit will be remembered by many. Marcia is survived by husband, Wayne Visneski of Royalton, MN; siblings, Fred Derosier of Little Falls, MN and Paula (Mike) Kampa of Rice, MN; nieces and nephews, Barry (Brenda) Derosier of Little Falls, MN, Laura (Paul) Werner of Little Falls, MN, Tina Zak of Phoenix, AZ, Susan (Ace) Glansbeek of Wasilla, AK, Cassie (Nick) Larkin of Royalton, MN, Kaelynn (Tyler) Kamps of St. Joseph, MN and Dean Derosier of Little Falls, MN; and many great-nieces and nephews, family and friends. She was preceded in death by parents, Fred and Evelyn Derosier; brothers, Danny Derosier and Terry Derosier; and sister, Barb Hart.
