Nancy Schultz

Nancy Schultz, 83 year old resident of Little Falls, MN, formerly of Lake Alexander passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Little Falls. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Motley, MN with Father Joe Korf officiating. Burial will take place in the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery north of Little Falls, MN. A visitation will take place from 10-11 A.M. on Thursday at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Motley, MN. Arrangements are with Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls. Nancy was born on August 21, 1932 in Little Falls, MN to the late Roy and Alice (Bastien) Anderson. Nancy grew up in Little Falls, MN where she attended and graduated from Little Falls High School with the class of 1950. On August 23, 1952, Nancy was united in marriage to Richard R. Schultz at St Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Little Falls MN. Nancy made her home in Little Falls until 1988, when she and her family relocated to their retirement home on Lake Alexander, Cushing MN until 2010. Nancy moved back to Little Falls where she resided until her death. She enjoyed sewing, embroidery, working on crafts, and ceramics. Nancy was an avid reader and loved working on crossword puzzles. She will forever be remembered by her family as a wonderful cook that could make anything. Nancy loved being a mother to her eight children and excelled greatly at this job. Her gentle and kind spirit will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. Nancy was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Motley, MN. Blessed be her memory and may she rest in peace. Left to cherish her memory are children, Lori (SD) Dailey of Rockledge FL; Steven (Jean) Schultz of Palm Bay, FL; Tami (Steve) Bzdok, Prescott, AZ; Joli (Steve) Swart, Clermont FL; Kari (Chris) Madsen, Fort Ripley, MN; Thomas Schultz, Rosemount, MN and Chad Schultz, Little Falls, MN; 12 grandchildren; 2 great granddaughter; sister Mary Ruth (Glynn) Neumann of Eagan, MN; brother Bruce Anderson, Coon Rapids, MN; sisters-in-law, Patricia (James) Anderson, Little Falls, MN; Gerry (Dale) Anderson, St Paul, MN. Nancy was preceded in death by parents, Roy and Alice Anderson; husband, Richard Ray Schultz; infant daughter, Mary Alice Schultz; ; infant grandsons Stephen and Richard Schultz; and brothers, Dale and James Anderson. In Lieu of Flowers, memorials can be made to a charity of your choice.
