Louise LeMieur

Louise LeMieur, 82 year old resident of Little Falls, MN, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at her residence. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:30 A.M. on Monday, January 5, 2015 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Little Falls, MN with Father Jeremy Ploof officiating. Burial will take place in the St. Mary’s Parish Cemetery in Little Falls, MN. A visitation will be held from 4-8 P.M. on Sunday, January 4, 2015 and from 10-11 A.M. on Monday at the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls, MN. Arrangements are with Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls. Louise was born on December 2, 1932 in Little Falls, MN to the late John and Kathryn (Gaida) Ebertowski. She was united in marriage to Edward LeMieur on March 15, 1951 in Little Falls, MN. Louise worked various jobs through out her life including managing the Super 8 Motel in Little Falls, MN and was employed at Family Medical Center as a house keeper. Louise retired from the Family Medical Center in 2009. She was very proud of the fact that she received her G.E.D in 1994. Louise was an avid newspaper reader, reading the daily paper everyday, front to back, not missing an article. She also enjoyed doing word find puzzles and cheering on her favorite football team the Green Bay Packers. Louise also loved finding a good deal at various thrift shops and garage sales. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Little Falls, MN. Louise was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Louise is survived by son, Douglas (Rita) LeMieur of Sobieski, MN; daughter, Patty (Joe) Mallak of Little Falls, MN; grandchild, Jacob (Shelly); great-grandchildren, Nick, Alex, & Zach; brothers, Rich (Faye) Ebertowski of Temple, TX, Jack (Jayne) Ebertowski of Mesa, AZ; sisters, Audrey (Dick) Newcomb of Cushing, MN, Marcy (Jerry) Podraza of Andover, MN, Christine Harlow of Pickerington, OH, Shirley (Bob) McDermott of Nampa, ID, and RoseAnn (Norman) Pratt of Hoyt Lakes, MN; sister-in-laws, Virginia Ebertowski of Las Vegas, NV, and Jan Ebertowski of Temple, TX; and many nieces and nephews. Louise was preceded in death by parents, John and Kathryn Ebertowski; husband, Edward LeMieur; brothers, Jerry Ebertowski, Ted Ebertowski, and Art Ebertowski; and sister, Loretta Ebertowski.
